Maison DEHESA has selected the Duroc breed (the closest genetically to the Patanegra pig) with a strict natural diet and a double curing time (20-24 months) in order to obtain the best Serrano ham in the world.



  • 100% Duroc breed, with exceptional marbling and a melting texture.
  • Extensive breeding in the mountains of the Sierra de Alcarama and natural feed give the pigs a melting and mineral fat
